Looking back at these photos... here I would like to share some of my life changing experience.

Back then I don't have many FB friends/followers. I always wanted to be a fitness model and a trainer to live with my passion yet to earn some money to support my food, supplement, gym fee, and daily expenses... At first I got no clue where and how to start my fitness career... All I did was just progress myself first, train at my best and read a lot about fitness and bodybuilding to gain more knowledge before training anybody else in this world.

As time goes... it seems that the harder I work the luckier I get! On 2011, I won The Hottest Hunks in Malaysia and that's how I became a cover model... This leads to more job opportunities and sponsorships (Muscle Factory), fitness events, more clients to work with... and one of the best thing is today I get the privilege to share my passion and this story with almost a million people here on my FB page!

My Advice:
Getting a ripped six packs abs body or just getting in shape is never easy... How hard? Super hard!

There is no shortcut or secret to a ripped sixpacks abs body... it's about taking the very first step to commit and staying loyal to your action. You will meet obstacles along the way, hitting plateau, family/relationship matters, and work issues... But every obstacles and problems are there to BUILD YOU not DESTROY YOU! You gotta be strong inside-out... and trust me, if you are strong enough to persist, after a certain period of time the results you achieved are twice as rewarding! Remember, if it was easy then everybody would do it, it's the HARD that makes it GREAT! #truestory

About author
I wasn't born with this physique... I've been skinny and fat, zero confidence to almost every area of my life. My life changed dramatically when I started working out for like 5 days a week. A few years later not only I saw improvement on my health and outlook, but it helped me to persist many other negative things in life! What I've learned from gym room... No pain no gain! The harder you struggle the more glorious the triumph! Yup, Life is Up and Down, but every downfall doesn't mean is bad. Just like working out, those pain can be really painful and annoying, but pain is the sign of weakness leaving the body, they are your strength for tomorrow! the best part? Your gains actually last much longer than your pain. Fitness is a gift of my life. I am blessed that I am able to share my gift to everyone here in this amazing platform.
